  Under the guidance and support of The Office of Chinese Language Council International, Beijing International Chinese College (BICC) was founded in 2005, the sole college in China focussing on Chinese Education. BICC is committed to education research, international cooperation and teacher training, etc. BICC also holds the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK), Business Chinese Test (BCT), and Young Learners Chinese Test (YCT).

  Cooperation Overview:
  1、Co-develop online multimedia Chinese courses and teaching
  　 materials;
  2、Co-found the Online Video Education Center and provide online
  　 video Chinese education services through the TangCE platform;
  3、Cooperate on the "Online Chinese Teacher Qualification"

  Brief Introduction:
  Hua Zhong Normal University is a key teaching university directly under the Chinese Ministry of Education and a key education base for high-level teachers. The university has a student body of over 20,000. The language education research center is one of the national key bases for research into social science and the humanities.

  　 video Chinese education services through the TangCE platform;
  3、Cooperate with TangCE on a series of programs on less common
  　 foreign languages with organizations outside China.

  Brief Introduction:
  Beijing Normal University (BNU) is a key teaching university directly under the Chinese Ministry of Education, focusing on teacher training, education technology and science. The university has a national teacher training base for teaching Chinese as a second language. Nearly 100 universities and research institutions outside China have established cooperative relationships with BNU.

  2、Co-found the Online Video Education Center and provide video
  　 education services through the TangCE platform;
  3、Advance collaborative research on Chinese education network
  　 platforms.

  Brief Introduction:
  As the largest university press in China, Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press（FLTRP）has an average of more than 4,000 publications every year, with an annual turnover that reached 1.6 billion in 2007. A new branch, Chinese Publishing, was founded in Jan 2007. Its publications, including Chinese for Managers, The World of Chinese, Chinese 900, El Chino de Hoy etc. are very popular abroad.

  Brief Introduction:
  Founded in 1989, Enforex is the most important and largest organization in Spain & Latin America specialized in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. It has 24 Spanish language schools open all year round in Spain and in the most important areas of Latin America. Every year Enforex teaches more than 25,000 students from 72 different countries.

  Cooperation Overview:
  1、Recruit Spanish students and cooperate in several online Chinese
  　 education service programs.
  2、Set up “the Knowledge” as a convenient service ‘hub.’
  3、Co-develop Chinese/Spanish education resources and software.

  Chinese American Cooperation Council (“CACC”), is a California Nonprofit organization headquartered in Pleasanton, California. The mission of CACC is to promote healthy cultural heritage and enhance friendship in the Chinese American community and to facilitate the healthy cultural and business exchanges and cooperation between the peoples of the United States and Greater China.

  Cooperation Overview:
  1、Co-conduct online Chinese education services for teenagers;
  2、Establish cooperative research on teenagers’ Chinese online and
  　 multimedia education;
  3、Co-develop series cooperation on multimedia education resources
  　 and Internet promotion.

  Brief Introduction:
  www.universia.net is an education network of over one thousand universities throughout Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. It was created in cooperation with Santander Bank.

  1、Cooperate with the central network platform in China; get affiliate
  　 sales from multimedia education resources online.
  2、Affiliate with the One-to-One and One-to-Group Real-time Video
  　 Education System.

  Brief Introduction:
  NZPR is a group company in New Zealand which focuses on export and import business, culture exchange and other business between New Zealand and China. In April 2008, the governments of China and New Zealand signed a free trade agreement. NZPR has actively encouraged this event. As one of the Beijing Municipal Committee members, President William Qiu has made outstanding contributions to friendly cooperation and exchanges between New Zealand and China.
